What part is stuck? The shaft from the transmission or the PTO. How far back are you trying to flat back it? There is a gear inside the PTO/hydraulic housing that needs to come off to remove the PTO shaft. You have to take the whole housing off to remove it. Some Allis Bs and Cs had a PTO delete plate that had a nose for the extra length of the transmission shaft; they come up on ebay every once in a while. If you want to leave the PTO/hydraulic housing, first remove it, then remove the pto and hydraulics, then make you delete plates and put the housing back on.
