I'm not quite sure whose raffle you are referring to. We advertise ours here on YTMAG because this is where the tractor people are. If others felt like you do, we wouldn't have such a great response from people all over the USA and even Canada. Now, as far as having the winner be a "predetermined person", our drawing is held at the Edinburg Old Time Festival on Sunday afternoon in front of the crowd and usually picked by one of the kids in the audience who has his or her sleeves rolled up.

Over the fourth of July weekend, the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, Illinois, was the site of the Old Gold National Antique Tractor Show.
