Sounds similar to mine. Unscrew the grease zirks & mount it on the pto shaft using a roll pin through the zirc holes, or as I've done, use a long (hardened steel) bolt that goes all the way through and secure with the nut. Easier to remove when finished with it. Make sure you grease it beforehand. Hope this helps. Chris
