Thoght I'd never ask this question on this forum but I can't find any ads to compare prices with. What are 18.4X38 Goodyear tractor tires with about 30% tread worth? I assume they're 1 star.
Had a DA attack this morn and slashed a dual on the 4650. All the rears are about 30% and I thought I'd run them till next spring and then replace them. Well, 'next spring' came today and the ol girl now has four new shoes on the back. Couldn't find a used one anywhere on short notice .
The dealer wanted $50 to dispose of them but they're too good for that and besides, why pay when I can collect instead? They'll be advertised locally so I don't have to ship them anywhere.
I've never wrecked a tractor rear in my life and now in the past week two of them have bit the dust, one on the 630 and one on the 4650. If this happens in threes like other calamaties, I'm gonna go broke!!! Thanks, Jim.
