Have no idear how they sell in NE. I was still working for my Dad in '74 when he bought the last (black strip) one that the dealer had. It was a tough old sob. Out of all the tractors, we (Dad and I) ever owned, it was the only one that ever had sleeve problems due to cavitation. It was factory observed 135 pto hp and probably pulled more than that.....stock. During the years it was on the farm, we also had two 4620s and several 4020s. We practically had to beg one of the employees to drive the thing. It had a 4-post canopy and all the other tractors were open station. Around 'here', the tractor you're looking at is probably worth $4500-$6000.
