Allis Chalmers, not sure of model, looking for manual... PTO is off, but as soon as I start the tractor, even with the control arm for the rams down all the way, the rams immediately lift and stay there - only after several days with the tractor off can they go down, but not always - usually have to crack the lines to relieve pressure. Ideas? short:PTO off, ram control arm down, rams come up as soon as engine started. Note: Oil was milky (yes, I should know better than to let that happen) drained and replaced.
