M Hitch and hydraulics

I purchased a Saginaw 3 pt. hitch after reading everyones rave reviews on them. It's on its way as i'm writing this.
As I said here before, I just purchased this M. It has one hydraulic line running from the right side of the motor, back to just behind the seat. On the left side, there are 2 elbows that appear to be for additional hydraulic lines. Does this sound like a correct setup? If I only want to lift (no down pressure) the one line will suffice and I just take a line from one ram to the other? If I want down pressure also, I'll need to run an additional line from the hydraulics at the two elbows?
Pardon my ignorance, this is all new to me. Maybe when the hitch arrives there will be some instruction but the fellow on the phone at Saginaw was very helpful too. Thanks
