For us guys who buy the cheapo chink hammers with the claw that spreads out into a nail size hole with the first spike I pull out, what is so good about the Estwing hammers?
Grip, handle feel, balance, less hits per nail, less misses and less hit fingers, etc.?
I kinda prefer the rubber handled hammers that have less recoil on my arm when hitting a nail. Not sure I've used a leather handled hammer. Seems like leather would get slick between sweat and humidity and rain. Thanks.
