Hello from Montana, I looked at one of these a couple of years back and this is what I found. The basic machine was built using old CJ style Jeep frames and running gear, except they used the Continential engine instead of the Jeep engine. Why I dont know, maybe the Jeep engine wouldnt hold up to a continuious hi RPM. Go poke around an old Jeep and and see if it aint so. Steve T
