The 540 is a good small utility tractor. They were made from 1958-62 and around 2500 total were produced, so not really rare and parts are being reproduced. It has about 26 drawbar hp and 31 on the pulley from a Continental F162. Any tractor with 3-pt and a loader is popular today. The price 4300CAN/2750US seems OK if everything is good like tires, engine, hydraulic, etc. The nice thing about these tractors is they can be users with the loader and 3-pt and also be taken to shows.
