The bushing you will need is a GEZ 012 ES. You will be able to find several places online that offer them, you should be able to get them for around $20 each. Yes, they are metric, and so are the bolts that go through them, as well as the threads on the tie rods/cylinder rams.....ask me how I know this.
Assuming yours has the grease fitting on the tie rod end itself, then you're just looking at a hardened shoulder bolt going through everything. If you have play, then the bolt may already be worn out too, so just knock it out. If you bugger it up, go to Fastenal and get some new METRIC allen head shoulder bolts and lock nut of the correct size and you're good to go.
Older style Olivers had a grease fitting going through the bolt, but that was changed later, and your 2-70 should just be a solid bolt.
