I advised the family's insurance carrier of the situation. I reported to the claims adjuster who called in the forensic expert and recommended that the insurance co. never allow that fellow on the property again. He had absolutely no paractical experience with our type of equipment, and, that he reported to me that he gets all HE needs from the internet. My first statement to the expert was "we either had a phase reversal, or, we dropped a leg on the 3 phase power supply. Well, it has been confirmed. The next door neighbor had a large transformer "BLOW UP". Documented and everything. I just reported to the claims adjuster for NATIONWIDE, our file is closed, although, maybe their claim number may still be OPEN. There might still be hope for a good customer. GREAT PEACHES! Regards, John,PA.
