Greenhorn, A few months ago I had all four tires changed on my Cub. I had a guy come to my place. They charged $50 service call and $60. per hour for labor. I supplied my own tires and tubes I got from e-bay. This guy was so good he changed all four tires with tubes in barely over an hour. He had specialized tools of course and knew what he was doin. I bet he could do it blind-folded. Total service call with labor $120. Most people on this board told me that if I never did this before I shouldn't try it because it is a back breaking job and if you don't have the right tools you will probably also get hurt. I can tell you it was the best $120 I ever spent. I just watched and enjoyed seeing my Cub with all new paws.
