1940 contest bulletin

I purchased some manuals from old dealer and in box was 12 1940 Allis-Chalmers contest bulletins. They list dealer and block standings and division standings. They are in great shape and list many old dealers from across the nation. Does anyone know anything about them. Thanks Steve
