I have and old, what seems to be rare John Deere lithograph in frame. The picture is of the old John Deere "Stage" standing on a hill. In the back ground there is a guy plowing with 4 mules or horses on one side. The other side is a lrg factory with John Deere on the front. this looks to be very old, the name on the lower left corner is ( if I remember correctly ) is Gier and co. ??Now the odd part, The Metal frame is approx. 2' x 3' and on the bottom JOHN DEERE PLOW is embossed in the metal. There are fancy " Fleur-De-Lis ( as my wife calls them ) in the corners. I am currently waiting for a return call from the curator at John Deere World wide. Can anyone help? has anyone seen one? What is it ?
