I could always be proved wrong by someone who knows better than I do, but I don"t think anybody other than a custom builder, built a true 4010/4020 till up in the 90"s.
I"m pretty sure the two on ebay - while listed as a 4020, are actually 3020s. They are too short to be 6 cylinder tractors.
Ertl made LOTS of different versions of the 3020 over the years. Some of them had bigger rear wheels than others. They also made a 5020, but I"m not sure when they first came out.
C&M took a modified 3020 casting and sold some 4020s back before Ertl made any. There was also some 6030s custom built using modified 5020 and 7520 casting.
