AMT/Ertl makes a 1/24 scale John Deere 4040 and they also make a wagon to go with it. They are available at pretty much any JD dealership. Tamiya also made a Ford and Allis Chalmers kit back in the 80's, but they look more like off-road trucks than tractors. As far as 1/16 decals go, Dakotah Toys (www.dakotahtoys.com) should have almost anything you need. I buy about $500 worth of stuff from them every year.
