the 9n-17014 is a plow wrench the marks on it was to measure the furrow dept and was issued in a tool kit for 9n,2n,8n.hope this helps there was a 01A-17021A adjustable wrench ,a B17025-A pliers, a B17020 screwdriver,01A-17017B spark plug wrench ,a 01A-17016 9/16-5/8 wrench and a 01A-17015 7/16-1/2 wrench to complete the tool kit
