Looking for information on Exhaust Whistle

I have what I think is an exhaust whistle with 4 pipes. Aermurl Whistle Pat Jan 23, 1912 Aug 20, 1912 USA is inscribed on the end of the pipes.
It has a Fulton valve in it.
Can any one tell me what it was used in and what the value might be?
