Hi From what I was told buy a friend that tried the 6403, it was junk right from new. He demo"d one and then bought a valtra.
I have driven a 6410 it was not a bad tractor, the front idler pulleys on the motor wore out. It Also dumped the prop shaft from the motor to trans on the yard. on it"s way round and out it mangled half the stuff under the cab floor. It cracked the gear casing and was an expensive fix $15.000 Canadian i think. Check that shaft good, first clue is vibration felt at cab floor through your feet.
Shortly after I left that farm it was traded so I never found out what was falling off then. He was the type of guy to trade when that next expensive repair started to happen, so something was up.
I think the 6400 has something different than a 10 with the shuttle reverser, the 64 might be right hand , this guy had one before I worked there, He said something about it one day., I know 10 is left so works good with the loader.
I have heard a few guys round here say they are getting big work orders, on higher hour tractors now. The price is dropping off pretty good round here on them too. Just be careful and check them out real good for service work and the front axles for wear . Regards Robert

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
