Want the easiest solution? Remove the batteries for charging. After sitting for five years, they may not take a charge, and you'll be there forever trying to jump it, particularly with a substandard set of jumper cables or if it's cold. If the batteries won't take a charge, replace them. And pump the hand primer on the injection pump before attempting to start the tractor. An engine oil and filter change after getting it running would also be advisable.
