These tractors have a (wet) perma-clutch so when you have no hydraulic pressure the clutch is disengaged, You can pull these tractors by putting the inside shift lever in N and the outside shift lever between A and Park.
To jump start a 50 series:
Make sure the tractor is in park
Remove the left battery step cover
Connect the neg. jumper cable to the frame
Connect the pos. jumper cable to the cable that goes from the battery to the starter
This is also the proper procedure for charging.
I strongley suggest you get the tractor moving under its own power for it hard to handle without any hydraulics.
