Look at the front pully on the engine and the pully on the fan. You will see that because the pullys are not the same diameter one rev of the fan will not equal one rev of the engine. You will need to use a 1 1/8" wrench to turn the engine over using the bolt on the front of the pulley on the engine. Sometims you can get in there with a box end wrench and get about 1/6th of a turn at a time. Or, you can use a socket and the right combination of extensions and reach through the center of the bolster and use a rachet or breaker bar.
