The 4 post relay is correct for a 631. One big post to battery, other to the starter. It doesn't matter which one goes where. One small post to the starter button on trans, other to the switched side of the terminal block. It doesn't matter which goes where. One side of terminal block- wire from key switch and wire from battery. Other side of terminal block (the switched side)- other wire from key switch, wire to small post on starter relay and wire to coil. When the key is turned ON you have power to the starter relay and power to the coil.
