"not sure if" or "Don"t know if" should always be taken as " pretty sure that,," In other words, think is stuck or wont run or has problems x y or Z? Then dont try it, that way you can advertise it and say you didn"t know. As for the action deal, people who sell much on Ebay or other auctions know that in general reserves and high starting bids kill the bidding process so they turn to other less than up front tactics to allow there to be a bidding process yet retain ownership if the auction isn"t going the way they want it too. Call it what you wish but my name for it is lack of total honesty in dealings.
