There is a hex head, low on the outer side of the carburetor. Unscrew it and there should be a good, steady flow of fuel. If not, follow back through the bowl, line, sediment bowl and tank for the problem.

Check the end of the part you unscrewed. It is the main jet. There are inlets on the side and the tip has the jet itself. Make sure it is clean.
