I used a Super A and then a 140 both with 3 point hitch for several years. I'd estimate the lift capacity to be 500 to 600 lbs. It's enough that your front end will be very light. I don't think the hydraulic system will lift more than 600 lbs. The weak point in the whole affair is the front rockshaft arm (on the hydraulic unit). If you bounce around with a maximum load on the hitch, you are going to bend the rockshaft arm. I had no trouble with the fenders supporting the rear rockshaft or the arm between the front and rear rockshaft. That arm may bend if you use it to put down pressure on the hitch, but that helps take pressure off the front rockshaft.
