tractor has been in local community since new. I am the 3rd owner. distant cousin had owned it since 1942, I bought it from his estate. discovered during clean up that light bar was "home made". Do not know if tractor came with starter or not. did not use paint gun. I used Krylon - cherry red gloss. Before the correct police say anything - have painted several tractors this way. The first was in 1981 and the paint still looks good. Take the time to prime all surfaces. this one has 4 coats of primer (sanded with 600 grit between coats) 4 coats of color (sanded with 1000 grit between coats). total cost was around $70.00.
