The 68 series tractors don't lug down the greatest, but they sure are cool. Don't convert the pump to run on all eight, unless you add a turbo. The cylinders don't build up enough heat to burn all the fuel when they run on all 8 at idle and will carbon up the injectors. Running on only 4 will cause the cylinders that are running to wrok harder, and thus burn all the fuel and not foul up. Twin turbos would be way cool.
