It depends on what you want. If you just want functionality, a power steering pump from a fan belt, a PTO pump, or an electric pump are all options. If you want what looks like factory on a SA, you need an engine block, pump, manifold, torque tube, gas tank, steering collumn and probably a few other odds and ends I forgot. Seriously, the easiest for this would be buy the SA and sell the A.
I took a hybryd approach to this when doing a B, I got a new engine block, pump, manifold; modified the manifold end and routed hoses to my own valve and reservoir.
