Scott, In theory, it sounds like a great idea. In reality though, I don't see where the plastic liner would get over or through the baffling in the tanks as one hangs down from the top and the other one sticks up from the bottom of the tank and they are only about 1/2" apart on the vertical plane. Think the present sealers will outlast anything else.

If it wasn't for the baffles, your idea would be great!//FB
