Probably this is one reason why the duplicate posts are showing up on the board. There is a delay in the router (or, more likely, the ISP), causing a new post not to show up immediately when you refresh the forum page. You then post your message again. Eventually the router or ISP catches up, and the forum page ends up with multiple copies of your message. Please give this some thought.
