The research station I work for is looking for a used tractor to do prairie restoration work. The tractor will be used for discing and plowing. It will work on land from 2 to 25 acres. We would like it to be in the 50-110 hp range. The question is this...what model IH tractor in this range is the best all around tractor? You know, the tractor that historically is the one that "never let the farmer down". Dependable etc. Please give me your suggestions. I'm all ears!
