First make sure the engine is free.if so put in some new plugs and point and wires. You may need to change the dist. cap and rotor.Check all of the wireing to make sure rats havent eaten it up.Before you put in your new plugs squirt a little oil in each cylinder.Change the oil and antifreeze(You could use water for now)While drainig the antifreexe check to make sure the radiaitor is pretty clean inside and flush if needed.Next check the fuek systen from tank to carb and make sure its all clean, which I dought.Probably some gum in the carb and rust and residue in the tank.Clean that out.Check the oil level in the air filter.Clean and fill as needed.Check to see if its 12 volt or six volt.STick in the battery put in some gas and give it a whirl.OK guys what did I miss.
