It looks to me like someone looked at a factory conversion of a Fast Hitch to 3 point, like I have on my 240U, then shop made one for his tractor. Top link is much shorter than a standard one, but it has a crank adjustment on it. Will not work for a post hole auger where the frame of the auger hooks directly to the top link mount, but will work for most other things.
For a drawbar I just use one like an old Ford had, but made a bracket to keep it from rotating freely in the 3 point arms... this way I can use a ball hitch to move a trailer around. Personally, the only thing I use the actual 3 point for is a Frontier (JD) 6' back blade.
BTW, it looks like you are missing the eye bolt in the right arm that the anti-sway linkage hooks to. Mine was broken when I got it, but the "eye" part was in the tool box. I gathered up parts for a friend with a mill and welder to make one up... works pretty good, but it's a lot more complicated than necessary. Why not just use chains or something instead of that multi-part system under the rear end.
