I'm sure they're not available from a CaseIH dealer as a factory part, but if you can find a local wheel and rim supplier you can get generic rims that will fit.
The Allis Chalmers B, C, CA, etc, use a 3x15" wheel with a 5-hole center. However I am unsure if they use the same bolt circle as the Cub, which is a standard 5-on-4.5" circle.
