I would highly recomend not useing a 'mag' pump. I dont believe a live 'mag' pump will stand up for the heavy use of loading/hauling round bales.Use a pto pump instead.A pto pump has twice the volume, and more pressure than your 'live' pump. The live pump will probably work for a while,but will be slow and will not develop the pressure of the pto.Yes,guys are useing a live 'mag' pump on a loader,most of em are just 'poopin' around the 'yard'. Btw,A new live pump alone is around $1200.Not counting the other parts necessary. A new 'Farmhand' pump is under $600.Use your mag pump for feeding power steering.
