If it is seeping a bit at the edges, first try a warm re-torque.
Check the valve settings after that.
If you need to replace it, the mating surfaces have to be cleaned up perfectly clean, as well as the bolts, threads, and boltholes.
It then needs to be torqued to "spec", in the specified order, and the valves need to be set before startup, followed by a warm re-torque and a re-checking of the valve settings.
