There is a lot of water coming in from outer space. Example; A few years ago Duluth Mn. got a very heavy down pour in a short time. There was no way that came from the Gulf or the Pacific as the change in temp would have depleted it before it got there. The electrical conditions were just right & it collected over a big area and came down in a small area just like a big funnel.
