It does, but it's not as good as a true "draft control" system. like most 3 point tractors had, early versions had a cable "feedback" and they had a tendency to stick and not work as they should. Later ones had solid linkage and worked somewhat better. I think the solid linkage started during production of the *40/*60 series tractors... at least the early 240 was cable and later had solid.
