The retainer clips that secure the emblems are actually metal. First you push in the retainer clips and then the emblem and nothing else is required on the emblem pins other then the metallic clips. The same retainers are required to hold the hood side nameplates on as well. The part no. of the clips is 370786R1 and I believe they are available from CaseIH as I acquired some for my 240, Hal.
