Sounds to me like you have a caster problem. On your tractor, it means the pivot bolt for the entire front axel is severely worn. On tractors with adjustable front ends, which you should not have, the extension is loose and has rotated. Retrofiting PS on 350 utility is not easy or cheap to do. Someone posted all his travails (good biblical term) about this time last year while doing exactly what you want to do. You should be able to read all his posts in the archives. It might have been IHank.
