Gene Bender-- I know you are the expert on Farmalls and I follow your answers regularly to questions, but you answer to my question was not even approached by your reply. I did not say I wanted an original generator ( I have several good one in m y shop) I justm wanted to know how to hook up the one that came with the 44 A. I dont care what the correct police have to say about it, the battery is an 8 volt and the Generator is set for 8.7 volts. So, Thanks again BOB for the answer to my problem
