The new dry sleeves are very close to correct. I have installed many sets that were good to go on install. They are thin, so irregularities in the "native" cylinder bore need to be good. I have needed to straight hone a couple of them to create correct clearance and make them round. Putting it together without checking fit is not best practice. Fit is checked with bore and piston micrometers, or using a feeler gauge and testing multiple points on the skirts W/O piston rings. Jim
