My experience with 140 tractor with belly mower and one point fast hitch is that you can mount the mower with the fast hitch on the tractor, but the fast hitch becomes almost useless. Might as well just take fast hitch off. I don't have experience with a cub, fast hitch with mower. Somewhat familiar with Cub and 60 inch Woods mower with drawbar. I sort of doubt you can mount the mower and fast hitch at the same time. Take a look at the woods manual. The woods manual for the 140 tractor tells you what to do with the fast hitch. The cub will handle the 60 inch mower if you have level ground and don't let the grass get high. You will find yourself mowing in first gear some of the time especially in higher grass or going up hill.
