Unless you are going to be doing this plowing all the time, pick the tractor you are more comfortable running and for which you can get parts locally. You can hire someone with a bigger heavier tractor to do the plowing, especially that one time when the ground has been uncultivated for a few years. There are probably a lot more MF 135's around than IH 454's but the situation might be different where you are. This is my advice and I am guaranteeing you it is worth what it cost you.
