Hi I just did a Belarus like that. I used brake clean on what i could see. I had the rods out on this one to so the crank drained on it's own, while it was apart and turned over during the work. I Then cleaned the oil filter( centrifugal wash out on that tractor) re assembled the motor put a cheap oil in and a small can and half of sea foam for oil amount . ran it for a while. then drained it and put the guys expensive winter oil in. spoke to him last week and he said the new oils spotlessly clean after 30 hours running, no black or water contamination at all.
