bought 460 a year ago no ta hydraulics worked last winter when purchased used very little the last year hydraulics won't work at all now in winter is 303 fluid ok to use wont change till it gets warm again also will change filter --where is fluid level plug located and how many drain plugs what is hydraulic oil capacity--the fill is by shifter correct and filter on right side thanks
