I have two running gears identical to that one, cept mine have no longer have any paint on them. I'd bet that the one in the ad like both of mine was originally on steel wheels that were cut down and rubber rims welded on. Mine both have 15" rims welded on them, I'd guess the one in the add is on 18" rims maybe? They have roller bearings but they are old style roller bearings with about 4" long rollers.
