What ever you do abane try not to have to make sheet metal modifications to your 350. A previous owner who put a Char-Lynn unit on my 400 cut a piece off of the the fan guard to get pulley clearance for the pump unit, and cut a hole in the hood to get access to the reservoir. Non-factory holes in an antique tractors do not increase their value.
